If I order, how long does it take to ship?

All orders are shipped by by 1:30pm EST. Monday through Friday. If it comes in before 1:30PM, we ship same day.

What if my package is damaged?

Carriers suck and don't treat packages to nicely.

If your package in damaged. Say broken capsules or tablets. Contact us so we can get you a replacement.

Do you actually do reships and replacements?

Shit happens unfortunately. It sucks for both you and us. However, we will make it right.

If your shipment is damaged, doesn't arrive, or you are missing items that you paid for, CONTACT US!! That way we can fix the issue and get you squared away.

Do you have a refund policy?

Yes we do. If you don't like it the products, we will refund your money. Here is how it works.

1) Contact us and let us know you are dissatisfied.

2) We will give you a return address to send back the remaining contents. (we have to have the remaining contents back)

3) We need to have 80% of the contents returned back to us. For example, if you order 25 of the 12mg tabs, we will need 20 of them returned back to us. If you order 100 count, you need to return 80 of them back to us.

4) Then after we receive your package, we will let you know, and refund all your money within 72 hours!

How do I know your products are legit?

We test every single batch to ensure that they are properly dosed. That is why we send COA's with your order so you know exactly what you're getting. You will never receive a product that is not dosed correctly.
